Johnny Murtagh rounded off a very successful nine week Solemna Novena.
At our penultimate Novena Joanne O’Riordan delivered an inspiring talk on ‘No Limbs No Limits’. Her positive Spirit Blessed all present with an appreciation to embrace every opportunity in life.
Frances Black sharing a most personal, courageous and resilient testimony of recovery from addiction. Her story offers great hope to all who walk the path of recovery and freedom from the chains of addiction. Frances concludes by giving us a wonderful rendition of ‘Bright Blue Rose’.
Another huge congregation last Wednesday night listened to Brian Crowley give a very inspirational reflection on his own life and how his faith helped him cope with the aftermath of an accident, when only 16, that left him paralysed. There is life after adversity!
Kilkenny hurling manager, Brian Cody was the guest speaker at our 3rd Novena. Brian gave an inspirational talk about achievement and self discipline through sport, determination and dedication to reach your goals and never be afraid to make mistakes.
Another packed congregation for our Novena last Wednesday night. Mary Kennedy was the guest speaker. Her reflection on her own life, faith and membership of the Catholic Church, provided for a thought provoking, and in many ways, challenging talk. Mary, who signed copies of her book ‘Lines for Living’, after the Novena ceremonies, was deeply impressed by the
