Peacefully on 29th October 2026, in the tender care of the staff at Droimnín Nursing Home, Stradbally, surrounded by his loving family. Predeceased by his parents, Mary and Michael Carroll, and his siblings, John, Michael, Peter, Mary, Elizabeth and Sarah. Deeply regretted by his loving wife Patricia, son Michael, sister Nancy (UK), brother-in-law Harry, sisters-in-law Jean, Ann and Claire and Lis, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends. Also remembered by his former work colleagues in Eircom and Portlaoise Credit Union.

Reposing at Keegan’s Funeral Home on Sunday, November 1st, from 5pm until 6:30pm with Rosary at 6pm. Funeral arriving to SS Peter and Paul’s Church on Monday for 11am Requiem Mass; https://www.portlaoiseparish.ie/webcam/. Interment afterwards in SS Peter and Paul’s Cemetery.
