Hogan (nee Phelan) Ann. Oct 12th 2014, Mayfield, Abbeyleix Rd., Portlaoise and formerly Clonagown, Ballyfin. Peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family.
Sadly missed by her loving husband Vigny, daughters Clare, Denise and Alice and son Liam, brothers Eamon, Oliver, Pat and Don, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at her residence from 7pm on Monday evening with Rosary at 9pm. Removal on Tuesday evening at 6.45pm, to arrive at St Fintan’s Church, Ballyfin at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass at 11am on Wednesday followed by interment in Ballyfin
